We strive to ensure that the product details, descriptions, and images are accurate. However, due to differences in monitor displays or minor variations in manufacturing, actual products may vary slightly from what is shown on the Site.

3. Ordering & Payment

• Placing an Order: By submitting an order, you are offering to purchase products subject to these Terms and Conditions.
• Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This email is only an acknowledgment and does not guarantee acceptance of your order.
• Payment: We accept payments via UPI , Card Payments & COD. Payments are processed securely.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping Costs & Times: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location and the shipping method chosen.
• International Shipping: Additional customs duties or taxes may apply to international orders. Customers are responsible for these charges.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Eligibility for Return: You may return items within 3 days of receiving your order, provided they are in new and unused condition.
• Return Process: To return a product, please contact us at rockwoodkarateuniforms@gmail.com with your order details.
• Exchanges: All the products are eligible for a replacement only, Only applicable once the product you received is defected , damaged or if the size is not correct.

• 5.1 Refunds
  (a) You shall be entitled to a refund only if you pre-pay for your order at the time of placing your order on the Services and only in the event of any of the following circumstances:
  (i) Us canceling your order due to (A) your delivery location following outside our serviceable areas; (B) failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking; or (C) failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking; or
  (ii) Us canceling the order at the time of confirmation due to the unavailability of vendors to process your order at the time of booking.
  (b) Our decision on refunds shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding
  (c) All refund amounts shall be credited to your account within 3-7 business days by the terms that may be stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit/debit card.
