Returns & Exchanges
- Eligibility for Return:Â You may return items within 3 days of receiving your order, provided they are in new and unused condition.
- Return Process:Â To return a product, please contact us at rockwoodkarateuniforms@gmail.com with your order details.
- Exchanges:Â All the products are eligible for a replacement only, Only applicable once the product you received is defected , damaged or if the size is not correct.
- 5.1 Refunds
(a) You shall be entitled to a refund only if you pre-pay for your order at the time of placing your order on the Services and only in the event of any of the following circumstances:
(i) Us canceling your order due to (A) your delivery location following outside our serviceable areas; (B) failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking; or (C) failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking; or
(ii) Us canceling the order at the time of confirmation due to the unavailability of vendors to process your order at the time of booking.
(b) Our decision on refunds shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding
(c) All refund amounts shall be credited to your account within 3-7 business days by the terms that may be stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit/debit card.
